Room clean and large for European hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff members.

Very clean rooms. Helpful staff especially door men.

The location was perfect to walk in the various districts, the foyer is very welcoming and the rooftop bar had great views of the Acropolis. They only serve drinks and snacks on the rooftop but we were able to sit up there and have some drinks and play cards, it was a great atmosphere. When we first went into our room our fridge was not working, they quickly replaced this, which was great. However, our room was not the best, floor was lifting near the sliding door in front of the fridge and that area had an offensive smell, the coffee machine was not working properly. When we mentioned this at the front desk their only reply was did you turn on the coffee machine at the back, of course we had done this but the output of one coffee was less than a 1/4 with the second being a full cup,. The hotel does supplies you with 2 free bottles of water but then charges for any extras. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. Our relatives were in another room in the hotel and they did not have the same experiences, their coffee machine worked, floor was in great shape, no issues with having free extra water etc.

Staff was so welcoming and helpful bringing in luggage and suggestions on restaurants and transportation to airport. View from rooftop restaurant/bar was amazing!

Everything was clean and perfect. The staff was above & beyond. Very very helpful with anything we asked! Perfect hotel & location.

Not good

The room was clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were great... Breakfast was lovely with a fabulous view of the Parthenon! We were supposedly upgraded to a quiet room - which was "accessible". Wouldn't recommend an "accessible" room if not needed - no place to put your towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, no hooks, bars, bathroom is like a wet room - the shower head has to be hand held, - it could be put on a holder higher for people that don't require hand held. Like the hard flooring - bed was comfortable. Curtains are great for a darkening the room during daylight. WIFI was good although not good enough for the smart tv. Netflix doesn't work.

Staff, view, & location are unbeatable. Pillows could be better.

My room felt like a closet that they shoved a bed and bathroom into. The bedsheets and pillows felt like plastic. The windows were locked shut and so frosted over that I couldn’t see out of them at all. The location was central but had trash right out front all hours of the day. It felt like I was staying at a much cheaper hotel. In fact, I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were far nicer.

Staff and location were great. Amazing view of the Acropolis!
