The hotel staff was great, cleanliness was a 10, amenities were great.
However i must point out that we went during the beginning of the month of May and there were no activities offered, i wish there was mountain biking or hiking activities offered.
I ended up finding out that there were great trails literally next to the hotel. My wife and i went out for a hike and had a blast. We did a 5km walk through the woods in the mountain.
I wish the hotel would advertise a little more the outdoor activities.
Overall the experience was 8/10.

The Hotel itself is super cute. With that real Finnish vibe. Stylish, elegant, quaint. Room clean, my view was amazing. Beautifully located. So Picturesque!! I wanted to love it so much! But here are the fails. The staff need some serious customer service training. No smiles were seen, and certainly not a “How was your stay?”
It’s a busy time of year, but I was taken by surprise at how many families with young children. Definite vibe Killer! There’s no lift at this property, and no one to help with bags so be prepared.
Breakfast was chaos trying to find an available clean table. Maybe I will give this property the opportunity to redeem itself, because had it not been for a very ordinary (less than ordinary) experience. I probably would have loved the place.

Amazing stay In the Lapland suite. All staff were lovely and accommodating! Really good for gluten free. Can’t wait to come and stay again.

Great shame the outside floodlights are not turned off at night to allow for a better northern lights experience.
The hotel and food was amazing, the only downside was our room was only made up once in our 4 night stay
