The multilingual staff was friendly and helpful. The property and room were clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was quiet. The rooms were a decent size. There was on site laundry that had a wash and dry function and you could track the progress using the TV. The public bath was small but nice to have

The location was perfect; close to subway lines, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. Our three night stay there was amazing; we would recommend highly to our friends.

駅からも近く、博多の街へのアクセスが非常に便利でした。 キャナルシティも徒歩数分の距離にあり、立地の良さを実感しました。 お部屋は十分な広さがあり、バスルームはトイレと浴槽が分かれていて快適でした。大浴場があったため客室のお風呂は利用しませんでしたが、設備も充実していると感じました。 福岡を訪れる際には、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。 The hotel is conveniently located close to the station, with excellent access to the Hakata area. Canal City is also just a few minutes’ walk away, which made the location especially convenient. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was comfortable, with the toilet and bathtub separated. Although I did not use the in-room bath because there was a public bath available, the facilities were well equipped. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.
