Loved this spot. Nice and Clean. Close to a lot of great spots.

AC wasn’t working but clean environment

Great location , clean, great staff

I think you should make sure folx know that the pool is really a wading pool although it's gorgeous and PLEASE put higher railings up on the right side of the pool area. It's terrifying with a kid! Love Love LOVE your staff and gorgeous hotel otherwise. Chris the valet deserves a raise- what a nice, helpful person!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. The valet fee is $60 per night and wasn’t disclosed in the listing.

Nice place but, be wary of what side of the building your room is on as the sun can heat up the room quickly. Wonderful staff. Nice, safe place to stay. Conveniently close to the museums.

We felt like queens!!! Very, very posh establishment! Staff very attentive! Food excellent!

Due to it being summer, there should be ice water near the front lobby that is free to guests. We know there are hydration stations but no cups. I had a hydra flask but others did not and complained that only hot coffee was available. It was 80 degrees out. Also my room key died twice and I only stayed for 12-13 hours total. The maids were nice enough to help me in my room but they also seemed bothered. I understand they have a job to do and should be directing people back down to the front desk. Upon recovering my car the valet left a large tag hanging from my mirror which I didn’t notice until I was already on the freeway. Plus they added another one on my keychain i had a hard time removing. All amenities were nice and rooms are very nice.

The only thing i did not like about my stay here is the noise. I can hear the street noise and also what was more annoying is i can hear the noise from the other room: their TV, their talking and the snore of whoever is sleeping next door. I was relieved there is video streaming so i played sleep videos to mask the sounds coming from the room next door. Otherwise, my check-in was amazing! Staff was amazing! The room and place was very clean and comfortable.
