Please abide by the following check-in instructions to maintain the quality and safety of accommodation ●Please be sure to join our official line@ ID: @W.VILLA after confirming the reservation, so that we can contact you about accommodation in the future! Thank you ●This building is not a private homestay. It does not provide mahjong, KTV and other entertainment facilities. The host also lives in the homestay. If you have the above needs, please choose other homestays that meet your needs! ●This park is located in Kenting National Park, which is rich in natural ecology and occasionally has insects, ants and mosquitoes. Although they are regularly disinfected and cleaned up, there will still be cases of infestation, please bear with us! ●A large dedicated parking lot is available. ●When checking in, please provide your ID card and collect a cash deposit of 2,000 yuan per room. When you check in, except for the room’s hardware facilities and free drinks for free use, non-disposable equipment will be required for damages or shortages. Compensation of equivalent value , the deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out if none of the above-mentioned circumstances occur. ●Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on the balcony of the homestay (please go to the special outdoor smoking area), drug use (call the police) and bring pets into the room (refuse to check in and confiscate the deposit). If the loss of the daily room rate is unacceptable, please do not make a reservation. ●Check-in time: 15:00-20:00 in the afternoon Check in for accommodation registration. Early and late check-in are not accepted. Luggage storage service is available. ●Check-out time: Before 11:00 in the morning, please bring your room card to the counter for check-out. ●The counter is on duty from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, please forgive me if there is no staff on duty outside the time. ●Please check in according to the actual number of people in the room. Excessive occupancy and visitors are not accepted. Please forgive me for not having extra bed service due to the layout of the room. There are cribs, baby bathtubs, and mother chairs available for borrowing. Please make a reservation when booking. ●This homestay is a two-story building without elevator equipment. It is recommended to prepare light luggage to avoid difficult transportation. ●The use of the bar counter and kitchen is not available, and cooking is strictly prohibited indoors. ●Breakfast time is 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00 in the morning. Please register the time at the counter when you check in and eat on time. (Please forgive me for adjusting the time when the time is full. If you need to cooperate Please inform us in advance when booking the itinerary of the event or the takeaway lunch box, as changes cannot be accepted on the day) Thank you. ●In order to maintain the work and rest time of all tenants in the park, please lower the volume after 10:00 pm, and fireworks are prohibited in the park. ●The opening hours of the infinity landscape pool on the 3rd floor are from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm. Please use the room card sensor to enter and exit. It will not be open during this time. There are large and small ponds, stairs, and landscape trails in the park. If there is an accident, the parents are responsible for their own safety. ●When you go out, please take out your personal belongings and valuables. Please keep the key card properly if you lose it. ■ If there is a typhoon disaster on the day of booking, according to the announcement of the local government (Pingtung County land typhoon warning), the room payment can be reserved for 6 months.
