Great place to stay close to beach

Noisy venue you can hear people talking 2 units up No privacy

There was no hairdryer in the room and the kettle needed descaling. The room was really small, but as I was travelling alone, it was perfect. The room was really clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable

My parking spot was taken both nights. No where to park and no help from staff.. My designated car space I paid for I didn’t use and was inconvenient. Other than that simple place to stay..

Stayed here before the newly branded Eden Bay when it was a bit of a detention centre vibe & half way construction site but had alot of potencial so I gave it a second go. They have now included (weak) wifi & added some landscaping ( needs heaps more greenery ) but the reception area is still a terrible Ist Impression & the common areas need some love & attention :> The rooms /pods need a deep clean both in/outside & need to pay more attention to detail with presentation :> one of the cabins is a storage unit for linen ect ect that could do with a curtain or something to hide the mess from guests :> its still a bit half arsed but has a modern contemporary bright simple functional set up :> nice bathrooms & air con :> the staff are friendly :> cross the road & your on a beach with shops & cafes close by = a little overpriced for what it is :> overall rating 7/10

Great experience, friendly staff, clean room and would definitely stay again.

Dirty room mouldy shower and toilet oven never worked no car park hot water wasn’t on until the second night no tv working had to buy my own I’ve paid 9 nights in total Asked for a discount now would prefer a refund thanks

While a decently sized room. It lacked certain ammenities. like not having a power socket on one side of the bed or lamp. The bed sheet were rather thin and the walls were very thin, making it easy to hear people in the opposite room. It also lacked any kind of cooking utensils outside of a microwave, plates and cutlery. But despite all this a decent room.

Perfect if you are using PTV as the bus stop is a 1min walk both ways. Great position with beach access across the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy suited me well for a overnight stay and good price. Thanks. I will be staying again when needed. Cheers.

Staff was excellent, bed comfortable. No extra blankets. Had to ask first coffee & sugar.
