It has a very good location and a good breakfast buffet. The staff was kind.
The only issue was that the heating did not work in the room. We brought it to their attention, but the issue was not resolved.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good quiet location with a tram stop right outside.
We've stayed twice and extended our stay. Will stay again.

TV could be better could not connect phones to watch other shows on streaming, would of chosen a different room or asked if they have a tv that does connect to phones

Very comfortable beds, good size rooms and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet had dedicated gluten free section and the staff offered to cook any of the hot items fresh to prevent cross-contamination, which was amazing. Having the check-in not on the ground floor was unexpected, so a note about this would have been appreciated, and the online check-in option seems pretty pointless as we still had to go to reception anyway. The concierge on the ground floor who greeted us knew nothing about it, but aside from that the hotel itself was good.
