missing tiles broken slider door broken closet. No rack for Hanging wet clothing.

Great location and friendly lady staffs. Green property. Ameneties are non existent. Rooms are old/dirty and not well maintained. The room was so old that the wardrobe was rotting with terrible smell and we got bed bugs right before we left. Not for families with young kids. Tight beds/rooms. I would not recommend.

I liked everything about our stay. The beach was only few minutes from our room…walking. Everything was beautiful. I will stay again.

This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all.

Awesome place to stay with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The hotel grounds were immaculately maintained and they were beautiful. It was worth the price. Thanks for a great stay.

少しがっかり We checked in 90 minutes late because our room wasn’t clean and they made zero attempt to clean it quickly knowing we were waiting. The receptionist was rude and essentially told us there was nothing she could do. When we asked the same receptionist for the wifi password, towels, and the ticket to rent a CD, she was rude. They woke up another guest in the middle of the night because he parked 2 inches over the white line. Customer service was extremely poor
