Great place and great food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic stay in Zakopane. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Unfortunately, a major storm rolled in during our stay and forced us to spend much more time at the hotel than we had planned. As it turned out, that wasn't a bad thing at all. Both restaurants in the hotel were absolutely incredible. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. We ended up enjoying several meals there and were impressed every time. The spa was another highlight of our stay. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. It added a whole extra level of luxury to the experience. A special thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a disappointing weather day into one of the highlights of our trip. Between the amazing staff, beautiful rooms, incredible restaurants, and outstanding spa, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakopane.

The location was excellent and the hotel rooms were very nice.

Beautiful and modern hotel located about 15 minutes of walk from Zakopane train station, right in the center of the Main Street, by the independence square. Our room is very spacious, with large sitting area, a large table, and a patio overlooking the independence square. We didn’t use the spa, which is included in our stay for one hour per day. The breakfast is absolutely upscale, much nicer than the included breakfasts we have experienced in most European hotels. The front desk staff is so kind; she gave us a lot of information on hiking options in Tatra mountains. I will definitely come back to Cristina next time visiting Zakopane.

Resturant was good. Pizza is excellent

Lovely hotel, great location, and wonderful breakfast. The spa is spotless and you get an hour daily - sauna and hot tubs. Our only feedback would be that the sound travel/between the rooms made it a little noisy but not unmanageable.

Clean room, anything you needed or curious about just ask the staff as they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend the downstairs restaurant. Might have been the best place to eat in Zakopane. Get a room with a patio/deck. Worth it.

What a great hotel really enjoyed my stay. The spa is great for relaxing.
