Friendly and helpful reception! From questions about the hotel to the inquires of the attractions and suggests, they delivered all! The breakfast buffet staff are the great assistants too. Their sincere greetings, food choices recommendations and even offer to bring my food to my table, I got them all. Their warmly smiles are still in my mind. It has a wide variety of food options, as described. Yummy!

This hotel would definitely suit some people but it wasn’t the best for me. Positives: Location is fantastic. Staff are really friendly and helpful Some of the staff speak excellent English. The views are fantastic. Negatives: Biggest con for me was that all of the rooms have beach facing windows and unfortunately the full block out curtains let LOTS of light in from the sides. Our room was well and truly overdue for refurbishing. Not all rooms are like this, the staff did show me another room and this looked to be SIGNIFICANTLY better, but our room had: Creaking swollen floor boards, clogged showers, missing furniture, a fridge that didn’t fit into the fridge space We booked a 2 brm suite, but nowhere to keep dishes/ eat or anything like that. There was a sofa and a coffee table, but not what I expected. Most the washed towels/ linens looked black and had holes etc Breakfast had lots of selections but we didn’t really like anything. Staff were kind enough to warm up food we took in etc. Amazing staff

The location of the hotel is very convenient, which was a plus. However, the lifts and corridors were uncomfortably hot due to the lack of air conditioning—this really impacted the comfort of moving around the hotel, and I strongly feel they should have aircon running for guests. The buffet breakfast was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, and it was unpleasant to see so many guests handling the food directly with their hands, which felt unhygienic and off-putting. Overall, while the location is good, the lack of air conditioning in common areas and the poor hygiene and quality of the breakfast made my stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Loved the location, staff and our room. Breakfast was a good variety. We were on level 16 with ocean views. Aircon was cold

Great location—just three streets from the beach, which was super convenient. It’s also really close to shops and restaurants, so getting around was easy. The family room was pretty basic, but it was spacious and had an amazing sea view. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The pool was nice too, though it felt a bit small for such a big hotel.

The staff are all amazing. Such kind and competent people. The hotel location is great. Heart of everything with stores, restaurants, bars, gifts shops, barbers and the beach all in easy walking distance. My room did let a fair amount of noise in from street and hallway. Plumbing and shower head were adventurous. But for the price and location the positives far out weighed any negatives.

Excellent location, good size pool and wonderful breakfast.

We stayed here for 5 nights and occupied a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious. We liked the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom/shower. However, we found the layout of the rooms not well designed as the sink is outside of the bathroom/shower. The bathroom/shower did not have its own lighting. The lights used were dim. The beds we’re comfortable, the linen were fresh but the towels were thin and some were obviously worn out, looked dingy and needs to be replaced. The location of this hotel is very good because it’s about 15 minutes to and from the airport and it is in the city center as well as walking distance to the beach. The breakfast buffet was good as there were a lot of dishes to choose from. Overall, this hotel was just okay.

Excellent location & incredibly hospitable staff! My partner & I stayed on our first night in Danang and had a lovely experience. Plenty of local restaurants & convenience stores nearby. Hai went above & beyond to help with our luggage and Hien was very helpful & knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast had a good selection & was delicious. Definitely recommend!
