Rooms were fairly clean, but there were two old cigarette butts in the bathroom. Bathroom window was open and so far up we couldn’t reach it. Bathroom smelled like sewage every morning and often at night. Some ants in the common areas. Very few dishes. Staff were helpful and parking and access were easy and uncomplicated.

The rooms were not clean and the beds were rock hard. Towels and other essentials were not replaced including linen even though we stayed for over 10days. TV only has non English channels.
The good thing was it a secure apartment and walking distance to shops.

The room was so dirty. The walls and doors had stains all over. The toilet was filthy. There were cockroaches everywhere. The towels, pillows and sheets were dirty. We had to wash our linens again. The pillows were so filthy. There were no one to clean out room. we had to take our trash out before checking out.

Good size rooms. There are 2! Amazing swimming pool. Wished we have excess toilet papers and bin liners.

Convenient location with security, good facilities, near by restaurants, not far from bukit bintang subway and Pavilion mall.

Very decent value in a great location, close to chinatown and food markets and catholic church next door. Safe security complex with swipe cards used to get around. decent sized swimming pool.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all the extras (washing powder, dish soap, shower toiletries). Good security and electronic keys. Friendly staff.
2 bedroom apartment very spacious.
Only downfall which is personal preference the bed was very hard (firm rated) and pillows old and not supportive.

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from us is that the apartment had tons of storage but hardly any kitchen equipment, not even a spatula. That being said, for a longer stay in KL, I would recommend it.
