Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours.
Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite

This hotel claimed they had parking, but they did not. They send you a message that says you have to reserve parking in advance, but when you ask to reserve it, they say they can’t. When you get there, there is no parking lot. You park on the street if you can find a spot.

Nice hotel for the price. I have no complaints. If you're planning on visiting the centre of Berlin, check the public transport situation first. Due to constructions it was taking me 45 min.

The property was great, very clean and comfortable. But what made the property a 5 star in my book was the staff. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I did enjoy my stay very much. The shower was excellent which was very important when coming in from the cold. The receptionists were very cordial and helpful. One of them made an extra effort to help me locate a money exchange station. I was thankful for her help during my stay.

They don't have many parking lots . Ask before book. I didn't have door at the toilet.
