We loved our stay at the Bourbon Orleans! The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were delightful, and the nightly jazz band & cocktails downstairs were amazing. The lobby & pool area are absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean staff was polite very professional. I am planning on going back there again. When it’s not so hot.

First, this is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. I stayed here on a business trip after I saw other reviews commenting on how it’s a great hotel for women traveling solo. Can confirm that is accurate! My only issue with the property is that they were hosting a “Jazz Camp” during my stay. This meant that between the hours of 8am and 11pm, discordant jazz music was (loudly) audible in my room. If you are in the hotel for the Jazz Camp, it looked like a blast! If you are coincidentally present at the same time and trying to get to sleep at a reasonable hour for work, it was less fun. I would definitely stay here again, but I will be calling to make sure it won’t coincide with Jazz Camp.

Only thing i would change is the showers. it is impossible to leave a pool of water on the floor while showering.

Will be back! Loved it here.

Amazing hotel - ambience was perfect. Helpful team - Jay at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat. I had to buy some food to fly back with. Will definitely stay here again!

In the French Quarter in walking distance of the Mississippi River!

Beautiful hotel. Exceptionally clean. Close to Bourbon St and Jackson Square. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only exception was we were told to not stand on the balcony for the parade. There was no signage that stated that we couldn't and the manager who told us to leave during the parade wasn't kind. He took photos of us after we left and began watching the parade from the street. The amenities that were especially useful were the free water and coffee stations they had daily. Also, the proximity to everything was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. Expect a $25 daily resort fee that isn't mentioned and a $55 parking spot via valet. There were also added taxes on the drinks we bought at the bar. Be prepared to pay about $250 extra at check out. The pool was lovely! A must for the hot summer weather in Nola.
