Staff and room was pleasant. Revolving door was never fixed in 2 months. Elevator was very crowded and often one of 3 was broken.

少しがっかり The bathroom drain was barely functional, and the room felt like a dark, damp cave. This place is below the standard of even the cheapest motels in the area. To make matters worse, the staff were downright unfriendly

Generally, the location of the hotel is convenient. But in terms of hotel service is the quiet awful. The buffet is dreadful. We stopped to having breakfast there after the first day, even though it was included in the room price.
The room smelled bad, particularly in the bathroom and the towels were dirty.
