La colazione è preparata con attenzione e cura alla qualità dei prodotti (ottimi la pizza e il pane). Il gestore ha passione per l’ospitalità ed è una guida, fornisce quindi informaIoni molto utili sulla storia di Matera e i suoi luoghi, cittadini e rupestri

Matera is a bit of a labyrinth, so locating rooms of a smaller establishment is a challenge. Family booked a different premise & found it even more challenging.
We were advised to park & shuttle from the urban center, though there appeared to be some public parking nearby.
It is located on the edge of town, more convenient to hiking trails than dining and siteseeing.
Our room was on the small side, but very clean and comfortable.
Gianni is a wonderful host- made me wish I spoke Italian:0)
The breakfast was very nice.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con mia moglie una notte , eravamo di passaggio per un viaggio più lungo, all’accoglienza abbiamo trovato cortesia e disponibilità, la colazione buonissima

とても良い The owner is very friendly and does a great continental breakfast on the roof top deck. There are two tortoises and turtles on the deck. The stairs to the room are steep but the owner carried our luggage. Room was very clean.

The property was amazing and great value for money. It is on the edge of the Sassi and you only have to go a few metres to see the most spectacular views. The facilities were modern and clean and the staff/owner were very friendly, helpful and hospitable.
There is also a bus stop very close in proximity which makes it easy to reach the main coach stops in the main town if you don’t fancy the scenic walk
Would definitely recommend

Correu muito bem . Muito atenciosos, simpáticos e disponíveis .
A acessibilidade ao local e excelente ao lado da paragem do bus que serve os Sassi, a decoração dos espaços está bem conseguida.
O duche do quarto podia ter mais privacidade e o pequeno almoço melhorado

良い Rude manager. Did not acknowledge presence during breakfast and pulled a chair at our table, sat on it to have a long discussion with the next table. So u able to enjoy ( the very limited ) breakfast. No manners.
Bed had ants which may be difficult to avoid i. This setting.

The staff was so nice and friendly (even tho we spoke no Italian). The room was very large and clean, the AC worked well and the area was easily walkable with incredible views just outside your door. Very great access to hiking and town options.
