Roach infestation, air conditioning unit leaking water, clogged shower drain, bedroom light not working. I have been transferred to 4 different rooms. The staff are excellent, very unfortunate they are working here. Breakfast is good enough, it is delivered to your room. Overall, this hotel is perfect to stay if you are enrolled in a witness protection program .

良い Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the place since it’s a walking distance to the mall. The place needs updating. The room is clean but I found roaches in the bathroom

Good place to stay. Although the building is old, the room is clean. It is a no frills hotel but definitely good value for the money. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to SM North EDSA and incredibly conveniently located to everything.
