New renovated and room cleaning every day, cozy and so convenient to anywhere

Close to the major station, so the location was very convenient. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Amenities are just and not too much with various stuff. Traveled with my family of 3 adults and they have a good sized room with 3 double size beds. Would choose this place again.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Pillows were rather hard.

The English communication not too good and cannot express the essential. The location is far from the airport limo bus stop. It is not easy to drag big luggage to the bus stop without the help of a taxi. The hotel is not too helpful in getting a taxi, we have to do it ourselves, luckily the taxi driver understands our destination. On the whole, the staff are polite. Shower caps are not supplied.

Great location and a great price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Slept like a rock.

Conveniently located for Sannomiya station, clean and spacious rooms, well-decorated. Only one minor downside being the humidifiers given out at the front desk weren’t as quiet or effective as those of other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The cafe had a selection of local nihonshu for sale, alongside some free drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch.

Room: clean and tidy, good amount of space for 2 people staying, comfortable bed with soft pillows, nice and dark when you close the curtain, spacious bathroom with a bath tub and plenty of towels, has a hair dryer and an electric kettle, I got the room right in front of the lifts so there was a bit of noises but that’s bearable Staff: very friendly and speak good English, they guide me how to check in and check out with the machine they have Amenities: green tea packs available in the room (but no coffee or bottled water), there is a lounge on the reception floor and they are serving free light snacks and coffee/tea during specific hours Location: 4 minutes walk from Sannomiya JR station, lots of restaurants/snacks/cafes/convenience stores nearby, walkable distance to the main shopping street in Sannomiya * There is a huge construction site right next to the hotel. I didn’t hear much noises from it during the night. But if you are planning to stay in the hotel room during the day, please do consider this factor.
