Best thing about this property was the location. Right by the train station and everything is so accessible. Loved the roof top bar. Room was a little smaller than most, but comfortable and clean. And a free bottle of wine to welcome us!

Kudos!!! to the manager Antonio Remaschi My stay at the Baglioni was a very pleasant one ! I have to put this on record, the best shower pressure ever :-) truly a treat. I didn’t have a great start during my stay with some confusion regarding drinking water and a staff member ( a lady ) on the 5th floor reception sounding rude and almost dismissive of my concern. Hopefully this is looked into. However the floor manager was kind and resolved my issue. The breakfast was lavish and delightful! The complimentary wine was a special touch. I will definitely be coming back here !

The AC was non-existent and they gave our room away before we got there and then moved us to a smaller room - I was extremely disappointed.

Lovely hotel that is well maintained with excellent service. The people were incredibly kind and helpful. The one issue is that the air conditioning did not work very well and in the midst of a heat wave in July, it was quite warm.

The hotel was nice and definitely fit the Florence vibe. However, our room felt like it was in a dark closet corner with no windows or natural light. Our pillows were flat and hard. The room didn’t get very cool which is understandable since it’s an older hotel. The rooftop restaurant was booked before we even arrived. We did enjoy just getting drinks there and the staff were kind. We were gifted a bottle of wine with no opener and when we called reception there was no answer. There were tons of loud noises outside of our window early in the morning. Overall, it was an okay stay but I’d probably book something more comfortable next time.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The room was fabulous! The roof top bar was a wonderful addition!

This is a well located hotel for the station and all the key points of interest in Florence. Everything is walkable. The Hotel is a little tired and the layout is awkward but overall acceptable. No gym. There is a spectacular roof terrace. Parking is extortionate but not necessarily the hotel's fault - one could argue that Expedia should warn the buyers that it will cost €65 a day so that this can be added to the room cost for comparison. I would return for a short stay, but without a car.
