Loved the free coffee in the lobby!
All staff were super helpful.
Air conditioning worked well and you could control the temperature in the room
The Novotel is right across with a restaurant. The hotels work well together.

Excellent staff and location for exploring Bruges. Complimentary hot drink and water. Able to use facilities in Novotel also.

Large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location on an active shopping street and short walk to very good restaurants and pubs (Bieretalier was my favorite but it is a hole-in-the-wall dive bar so maybe not for everyone). The room was very quiet
