Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.

Nice views from the property including experience from rooftop restaurant. Food was great as well. Every staff member was super helpful and ensured that our stay was something to cherish forever. Very welcoming atmosphere overall and wonderful experience.

The experience was very pleasant. The in property hiking was very good. The food at the restaurant was very good too. The staff were very accommodating in every way.

Beautiful property with a great view, lovely rooms, and helpful staff. Unfortunately, we were not there long enough to enjoy all the amenities.

Service was excellent. Beautiful views of landscapes and tea plantations. Staff went out of their way to cook us delicious meals to our taste. Loved the walk through the tea estate organised by hotel.
Definitely come back again.
