I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times now. Always feels great to arrive here. The rooms are cozy with a warm vibe. Has the best coffee as well. Great views and location is perfect. Highly recommend staying here.

Room was well appointed overlooking the harbour. Tosh was so helpful and welcoming.

Great hotel before your cruise. Walking distance and excellent service

Great from Canada

Easy access to the station. Breakfast should change some items daily.

Great location if cruising out of Yokohama, 10 minute walk to terminal

Great location. Laundry for washing and drying and inexpensive. Walking distance to many attractions and 1 cruise terminal. (For the smaller size cruise ships) Taxi ride to the cruise terminal for larger ships but not expensive. We will definitely stay here again.

Our first visit to a Citadines hotel and we were really impressed. Clean, comfortable room, efficient staff, great location right next to the metro station (Nihon Odori station on the Minotomirai line, follow the signs for exit 4 and turn left to reach the door to the hotel). They offer free and good coffee in the lobby and in a guest lounge on the 7th floor. We opted to upgrade to a room with a view of the harbour and that was pleasant. A great base to come back to after a day's exploration and we will definitely look for this brand again.

Always enjoy staying here. Perfect on every level. I'll be back again soon.

Location excellent for customers going on cruise ships. Walkable distance to Yokohama international passenger terminal. Located next to nihonodori station Complimentary coffee lounge for customers especially with access to oven and microwave stove.
