Casino çok havasız, casinodaki sigara dumanı tüm otele yayılıyor asansörler araclılığıyla. Kahvaltı yetersiz. Konum çok iyi değil. 5* otele olduğunu düşğnmüyorum. Fiyatı uygun

Everything in hotel are perfect... starting from reception staff, room services, and managment teams.
Room are big
Services are good.
Breckfast 98% need to add khachabori bread.

Our room smelled like sewage. And when we complained they sent the cleaning lady she came and sniffed and said there’s no smell although it was clearly there. This hotel is not worth the money. There are much nicer hotels in the same price range

Overall, I had a great experience with spacious rooms, excellent services, and a friendly staff.
However, communication among the staff must be improvement. If you reach an agreement with one employee regarding a specific issue (such as an invoice), you often have to wait until the following day for their return to assist you.
Additionally, I was promised documentation via email, but after five days, I still have not received anything.
While it's difficult to take a walk near the hotel, taxis are quite affordable.

This is not 5 star hotel
The hotels look nothing like the pictures
The rooms kinda do, they are nice.
They dont have lobby or lounge,
Even that it say they do.
i couldnt pay for late check out even that there was availability of rooms and its writen that they give this service.
Bad smell of cigrates all over
The breakfast area is so old.
Thire shower towels are super old .
If you not coming to the casino its not recommended at all
