Great location Really good staff

Amazing staff, great breakfast on the rooftop

All I can say is WOW! There is no need to think about staying anywhere else! This beautiful boutique hotel is in the heart of the city and offered the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is gorgeous, spacious, clean and the staff totally personalized the visit making you feel as if you were a guest in their home. We were blown away- restaurants, shopping, attractions all within walking distance is of course another plus.

The quality and training of the entire staff is way above average. Nice and kind people always trying to help. Before, during and after the stay the staff was great. The rooms are new and clean. Location is perfect. And, let's not forget the rooftop breakfast with a view to the Parthenon.

Hotel Woo Athens Review (April 17-20 & April 25-26) I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Woo Athens on two separate occasions last month during my visit to the city, and my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were incredibly attentive and professional. One standout moment was when they went out of their way to prepare breakfast for us ahead of the official time, ensuring we wouldn’t leave hungry despite our early departure. This thoughtful gesture truly made an impression. The level of service was top-notch, with fluent English spoken by the staff, making communication seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, spacious, and immaculately maintained. Its location is excellent, providing easy access to major attractions while maintaining a peaceful environment. While the pricing may be slightly higher than some alternatives, the value for money is undeniable given the high standard of service and comfort Typically, I prefer to explore different hotels when I travel to experience new places. However, after my stay at Hotel Woo Athens, I would not hesitate to return if I find myself in Athens again. It’s a rare exception where I would repeat a hotel stay, but this property certainly earned my loyalty.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. Each day, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast delivered to our room, along with complimentary water, drinks, and thoughtful chocolate treats. Our room was beautiful—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Plaka, with charming streets all around and just a short walking distance to the Acropolis, great restaurants, and shops. It truly felt like a perfect home base for exploring Athens. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
