Excellent accommodations. Helpful staff. Great location. Free use of washer/dryer with detergent provided for .5€. One caveat, careful with taxi from train station if you don’t speak Italian or German, theres a different hotel in town named Castle Hortenberg.

We absolutely loved it here. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old part of the city and walkable. The train station is only a 10 min walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is so clean and the staff was awesome, helping us with every thing from laundry, to what to do and helping us navigate trains. The room was beyond my expectations. So beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the terrace connected to our room and spent mornings there. If I ever come back I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Clean and hassle free. Staff was kind. Could have been better with a few more amenities like a few sanitary pads and tooth paste. Overall great little spot. Best part was the view of the mountains.
