I like the cleanliness of the hotel and facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful to all my needs.The location is very convenient and accessible. I will surely come again to stay with them. This is my second stay and they did not disappoint.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

The use of the pool is restricted, the happy hour only applies when you do check in. And something that is not a dealbreaker but it was a little bit annoying was the elevator. In general it took more than 5 minutes to arrive!!! The breakfast was really good, and the location of the hotel is pretty convenient.

This is a beautiful hotel and an outstanding value for the price. Loved the free lockers to store luggage for 12 hours post checkout.

Great location and easy to get around. Lots to do nearby. Room was great for our group of 3 and staff kept the room clean and fresh for us when we return each night.

We had a wonderful stay at Nine Tree Premier Rokaus Yongsan. The staff were always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The room cleaning service was excellent throughout our stay, and the room itself was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. We stayed in a Han River View room and were treated to stunning panoramic views of the city, the Han River, and Namsan Tower. Waking up to those views each day was a real highlight of our trip. The hotel also has a convenient and very reasonably priced coin laundry room, which was extremely useful during our trip and made a longer stay much more comfortable. We did not try the breakfast as it would not have been good value for us due to our dietary requirements, but everything else during our stay was excellent. Thank you to the team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel is clean and almost seems new! My room - family twin had great views of the river! I would definitely stay again. Location is very central to everything.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. Facilities and room was spotless and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location was fantastic with subway access across the street, We will stay here again.
