とても良い There is a disconnect between the Bell Service and the text message service. The Bell Service wants to help and accommodate, provide first class service to the guest, while the text message service gets in the way. Went to use the pool in our area in was filthy with Debree and what looked like a female hygiene product. Other than that, the property and staff did a very good job.

少しがっかり Price gouging, old outdated rooms. Tv didn’t work and no soap in bathrooms. Insane prices for food. I got a better deal at another hotel who offered free dinner and beverages with a gorgeous pool. Do better if you want loyal customers. When i went to lobby and informed them of rooms they seemed annoyed. Definitely won’t be staying again.

最高 I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. and the pool was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

とても良い We really enjoyed the water park and the pool amenities. The staff were all kind and helpful. Our room was very tired, the sofa bed was completely worn out, and we experienced a faulty electrical switch that caused an outage in our room. There were numerous places where stucco had fallen away and not been repaired on the exterior. It’s time for a serious remodel and more intentional maintenance. The food was very good though quite pricey.

良い Amazing staff first and foremost. Room and resort is a bit outdated, especially the living room and bathroom areas, which is most of the room. Very spread out so getting around takes a bit, including if you have a vehicle like me and leave the resort, it took me 10 mins to get from my room to the car, then out of the parking lot. If you have to come and go, it does take time. We did take a golf cart ride which was nice. Balcony was fairly dirty but not a space that I use so I didn’t really pay attention to it.

良い Room smelled of sewer. Fitness center attendant was unprofessional and rude. No offer of remediation of any issues including safe that was inoperable.
Last time we go there.
