Nice, quiet hotel, close to transport in lively Shimbashi. Very comfortable beds! Slight improvement would be more storage in the room.

Overall, the hotel & staff are very nice. It is a good location. A make up mirror would be nice to have.
The shades did not work in the room, therefore, we could not open them to look out the windows. It was like we were in a white box, a room with no windows. ☹️☹️☹️

We loved this hotel! The view from the lobby was breathtaking! The washer/dryer was super helpful. The staff was amazing and helped book us massages at an onsen. We would highly recommend the Blossom!

Loved The Blossom Hibya - very clean and in a great location near Shimbashi station for the Yamamoto line or Hibya station. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also great showers!!! We absolutely loved staying there. Highly recommend.

Extremely attentive and helpful staff with excellent English. Extremely kind. The hotel is in an excellent location. Very safe and clean area and close to Shimbashi station, which is an excellent hub to go and be a tourist throughout Tokyo.
Complimentary items in the lounge and rooms. Good breakfast of you choose to pay for it. Was an excellent choice for my first time in Tokyo.
