Me cancelaron una noche el mismo día de la reserva y me envíaron para otro hotel afectando mi itinerario para conocer,tuve que hacer check out en uno un día y al siguiente check in en este hotel .No recomiendo el servicio habitaciones pequeñas .

Every thing was beyond my expectations for the price I paid: very clean, the ambiance is very pleasing, several terraces where you can have your breakfast or just relax specially the one on the top floor where you can enjoy the view of the Duomo. Gaby, July 2026

This is a good, affordable hotel in an expensive city. It’s unusual in that it’s not really advertised well on the street. The hotel itself is actually on the 4th floor, and is accessed by lift. A nice welcome by check in staff, who provided us with a map of the city, with recommendations of tourist areas and restaurants. The main corridor to the rooms looks very dated. It needs decorating, and the room numbers are bits of paper taped to the wall. This is unnerving. However, the room itself was quite spacious, the bathroom was pleasant, and our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, and quite varied, although the machine coffee was not nice- cappuccino was much less harsh! Easy check out.

The air conditioning was not cooling enough and would be turned off every now and then. The control is with the reception and hence was set up at their temperature.

Good location. Only issue was AC didn't work. They said they fixed it but didn't. Ended up very warm in the room. Over would recommend the place.

Nice breakfast and a friendly staff!

The location is great. The rooftop and terrace are very cool if you can see the Duomo in the background. The rooms are pretty good. Shower is nice. The only thing that made me give this less than five stars is the fact my AC didn’t work for two nights, which was the total of my trip so the whole time we had no AC and it was very hot. They were also very stingy with the waters.

Great location. When you check in go up to fourth floor

Breakfast included was great, room was small but very comfortable for only 1 night stay. Bathroom was clean and beautiful tile in the shower.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was right next to the stairs. There was a group of teenagers staying that ran up and down the stairs yelling until midnight. They stayed 2 nights. The open windows allowed mosquitos to enter. We recieved multiple bites. There were 2 plugs. One in the bathroom. The small refrigerator did not keep anything cold. We asked to change rooms but they did not.
