We arrived early before our 3 pm check in and my Son was severely jet lagged. Germaine was working at the front desk and he took great care to make sure we had a quiet place to sit on the 2nd floor to wait for an available room to open up early. Germaine was extremely kind and went out of his way to notify us when a room opened up early. We were so grateful to be welcomed with extreme care and concern and a lovely and spacious room! Aparthotel Adagio is right next to the train station, right on the main square with all of the restaurants and stores and right around the corner from Saint Catherine district. We couldn't have had a better location to be right in the middle of all of the action. It is the middle of the City, so you will see all kinds of people of every walk of life, but we never felt unsafe. The front desk staff was always top notch and friendly and we are forever appreciative of the extremely kind and professional assistance of Mr. Germaine. If we are ever in Belgium again, we will be staying with you.

Nice alternative to a traditional hotel room with full kitchen, separate bathroom from shower and AC and laundry available.

Overall it was a fine experience. Breakfast was plentiful and they did a nice job of preparing us with a to go breakfast for an early morning flight. Room was clean and spacious with a separate toilet area from shower / sink. They do not offer daily cleaning unless you pay extra. You also have to pay extra for new towels. I did not care for this policy. This hotel is centrally located which was a bonus but just outside the entrance was a group of questionable characters which made it scary coming and going. The hotel has the doors secured which is great but that was the main negative for us.

Great stay overall. The apartment-style room was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything, with a metro station right next to the building offering easy access to Brussels Midi and Central, which is ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Additional amenities like breakfast, laundry machines, and a gym were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend for the great location, staff, and facilities.

Right in the heart of Brussels, restaurants, Grand Place, tours close to hotel. Loved the room and the location.
