The hotel is really cool and interesting architecturally. We stayed in a round window room and I’m glad we did as it was great. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good. Each morning it was well stocked and the food was delicious. The only thing we noticed was that there was a bad smell from the drains which sometimes lingered and the room could get quite warm despite being provided with a fan. However I would be happy to stay here again. Also good location not too far from a metro station.

Clean with good bedding and breakfast. Air conditioning was turned off so room was 24.5C with no air as windows don't open. Unacceptable for such an expensive hotel, would not recommend. Also, had an accident as room has a step which is not visible in daylight. Reported it but hotel does not appear to have a formal accident process. Style takes priority over safety. Very poor value for money.

It was lovely to stay in the Carlsberg neighbourhood. Without going to stay in this hotel I probably would not have gone to see this neighbourhood which is particularly pleasing. It is a up and coming area bustling with life and young families. The staff in the hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful beds super comfy shower excellent view from the room of the square beautiful. Free drinks for happier was a beautiful touch would definitely stay there again

Great hotel in a very nice location , wonderful staff. The daily included breakfast was phenomenal. 5 min walk to the metro.

The Location is excellent in terms of a quiet and less crowded experience. Also, you're in the heart of Carlsberg Beer and the tour is fascinating glimpse into the history of Copenhagen. Hotel Design is sweet mix of modern and industrial old beer warehouse. Breakfast is a great buffet. On downside our room smelled of sewer gases...and some of the fixtures did not work. Maintenance seems differed.

Very industrial vibe if you're into that. Can be a little dark - but that's the aesthetic

The staff were very helpful in showing tourists where to go for food and entertainment. However the hotel is very old. Some of the paint is peeling. Crack and could use an upgrade/ renovation.

What a fantastic hotel. Great service and one of the best breakfasts around.
