I really enjoyed my stay at the Palms, Turks and Caicos. The property was well maintained. The staff was courtesy and professional, and the service was superb.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The staff is awesome! It’s a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The beach surpasses all others with the most beautiful water you can imagine. For me it was peaceful and quiet, very few kids, no noisy jet skis. Heaven. Very upscale. They bring you ice cold bottled water on the beach free or pins colada margaritas etc for a charge. They came by with a tray to choose fruit from pineapple delicious watermelon etc free. The food at oool and in restaurants are superior and great bar tender . Staff goes above and beyond to assist you. The rooms are beautiful and fabulous comfortable beds . If you can afford the total ocean front room it’s truly paradise but the regular rooms are beautiful. Great Spa great restaurants. The main one had the best Caesar salad and filet I’ve ever had. It’s not cheap but worth it, as is the hotel. Heaven on earth ! Loved it

The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room. Additionally, the room was frequently inhabited by mosquitoes and the cleaning staff never really cleaned and removed this used bar of soap that was left by the prior guests. The final issue occurred on the last night of my stay, when a live cockroach was found in the bathroom. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this resort and do not intend to return.

Very well kept up friendly staff good bars on site and a great atmosphere

We had a pool view suite and we loved everything about it. The room, the service, the staff, the restaurants, and of course the beach! we liked everything about our stay at that hotel. Thank you.

Pure perfection.

Our stay at the palms was everything we had hoped for! The grounds were beautiful and staff were welcoming. Service at the beach and pool were top notch. Dinner at Parallel 23 was amazing. Will be back!
