Within walking distance of all the sights in Florence, great view from the Terrace Bar. Air con could have been colder.

Loved the location, staff, amenities, A.C., rooms and bathrooms! Excellent!!!!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Florence. Clean, quiet and spacious room. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Nice large and clean room and very large bathroom was practical. Ac was incredible and with the heatwave it worked a dream. Location was great and walking distance to all main sites. Beautiful lobby on entrance. Rooms looked bare like they needed some pictures on the wall - made it look commercial. We did not opt for breakfast as lots of options in Florence. Staff were a little hit and miss- most seem to be very friendly over all but some felt like they did not want to be there - lady at concierge was lovely and attentive. I want to say a special thanks to the luggage attendant who was very welcoming and helpful I believe his name was Claudio.

Great central location with great amenities.

The hotel itself was nive and the staffe were friendy and helpful, BUT... The airconditioning in my room didn't work. This made it really hot and hard to sleep. Opening the window helped, but the smoke from the people below made it so I couldn't keep the window open for long. Also, the body wash in the shower refused to work. The pump was jammed. Again, hotel was nice, but there were too many annoying issues for me to recommend it.

Nice hotel located close to all of the major Florence sites. Clean room, lovely breakfast. Highly recommend getting the breakfast included feature.

This hotel was amazing. We loved the location, and the view from the rooftop deck is amazing. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and worked well for our family.

Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean and perfect. Staff was excellent. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone.
