Everything as expected and convenient location.
If you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke avoid the lobby/front door. People sit there a rip cigs seemingly all day long

Love the rain standing shower. No tub. Air conditioning was excellent. Tram station is few mins away going to Guggenheim or town centre.
Supermarket Lidl was nearby & laundromat was abit of distance but walkable. Only drawback is housekeeping doesn’t replenish the toilet roll daily .. other than that was great ! Note other guests love to slam their doors making it hard to sleep in .. otherwise almost perfect ! Thanks

This is a nicely appointed hotel in a very safe and convenient location. The breakfast buffet is great. I’d recommend this hotel!

Good place. Centre to everything. No tea, kettle or coffees in the room. Rooms are clean. WiFi was non existent and had to use our own data. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms need a little up dating. Only stay one night. The hotel was peaceful while we were there. Taxi can stop in front of this hotel. The soap was over the bidet. Which was a stretch from the sink. If you stay for a day or two then this is fine if longer. I would recommend the other branch one which is closer to the coach station, just ten minutes away. Air conditioning work great.

Hotel is dated, but well kept. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is very good. Location is in the center between the Guggenheim museum and the old city. Great location.
