It is on the beach. We arrived late in the evening! Next morning I ask the gal in charge about getting some service for our room. She indicated that was not available there. I also ask re towel service. No wash clothes. Only 2 small bath towels a day. Some of them came with holes in the towels and were very stiff due to washing !
House keepers were amazing and would step up for what we needed !!! We loved the singer in the evening. Too bad there was only a handful of people attending. Marketing the singer and bar obviously was not a priority ! Breakfast was good. ! Staff there was very helpful.
This is a resort that could be fantastic! Management and corporate should re evaluate.
Thank you. Ps. Let guests know who are booked months ahead that the pool will not be available. Due to structural issues. Full of water they said.
Too many what ifs.
Overall fun time for all. In the village and restaurants! Outside the hotel !!!

Extremely good hotel, location, decor and staff. Pool out of order during our stay and wouldn't recommend the free sister hotel pool up the road! But you do have a lovely beach tight there so not needed! Great stay

The location in old town was excellent as was the amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and helpful.
Unfortunately, the bed had a top sheet and no blanket/duvet. There were comforters in a closet but we had no idea if they were previously used so did not use them. The towels were subpar and had a few holes in them.
Our air conditioning never really kicked in and it was hot.
For location, staff and view I would stay there. Know that other things in the room are not 4 stars.

This hotel is as advertised. Nice, clean, on the beach.
This is maybe a 3 star hotel tops.
Don't go here expecting 5 star.
But, it is in a great location and clean with a very nice beach.
