Great staff and close to the hospital

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The evening meal was nice and the chef was fast. The only thing wrong was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but we were there on a weekend so probably no maintenance available. The did offer to change our room.

IF YOU PREFER GOOD VENTILATION,.....this is not the place for you.

Clean room , great staff , food in the evening is great ,a bit costly though , no tap beer option .Breakfast is costly .Overall great experience and really nice support staff .Things could be better for improved experience

We were very disappointed with our stay. After checking in, we found that the room had a strong unpleasant smell, the chairs were visibly stained, and the bathroom did not appear to be clean. The shower head was also not working properly, with very poor water flow, and it made a loud noise whenever it was turned on, making it an unpleasant experience to use. Because of these issues, we decided we wanted to check out early and contacted the hotel through the Expedia app to ask about the process and whether we could receive a refund for the unused second night. Unfortunately, we never received a response to our message. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of customer service made for a very disappointing experience. Based on our stay, we would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent service and Restaurant are great

This place was beautiful, cute little view, bathroom was big and nice, beds were comfy, close to everything. Beautiful

Just need to soak shower heads or replace. Overall was an amazing experience

Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.
