Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.

Everything was fine the only issues I have is the aircon it’s wouldn’t adjust to the setting from the room and even getting adjusted they the reception it still didn’t get warmer The TV kept jumping from tv to home page and took minutes to change channels Apart from that it was a good start

Room was neat , clean and tidy. king bed was two beds joined together and kept moving around and pillows were not very nice. Staff weee great and food was good taste and value for money. The location was great for my appointment at the university private hospital but i wouldn’t choose to stay there as a normal get away.

Dinner was dreadful, buffet breakfast was ice cold at 7.30am, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning and the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again. The only positive was the staff were very helpful.

Fantastic location when needing to visit the hospital. Great hotel and restaurant.

Nice location. close driving distance to shopping centre , friendly staff members, very clean rooms easily assessable ,only down side was noisy aircon unit had to turn off ,also shower screen leaked like a sieve water all over the floor , and for a 4 star hotel when you pay the big Bickie to stay there they dont supply you with the essential Bickies, also no plain black tea , you get that supplied at the lowest star hotels .

Cafe staff were very happy and helpful. Shower screen didn’t contain water so bathroom floor was a puddle. Shower gel empty. Minor issues.
