Kasa Bryn Mar is more like Kasa North Minneapolis. And this is coming from someone who has lived in Minneapolis for 20 years. If you dare to park on the street; prepare to have your catalytic converter stolen—and yes this just happened to me staying there. Also there was zero toilet paper upon arriving and the toilet seat was so worn down it had multiple colors of white and black. The bed is basically the cheapest mattress they could find on Amazon and comparable to sleeping on the ground. The bedroom requires a side shuffle to move around. Super tiny bedroom and no coffee maker of any type. They claim the property does steeped coffee; which is basically tea bags and super cheap; who does this for normal coffee? All around stay far away from this place!!! I am asking for a partial refund to cover the horrible guest services where you basically text or call some customer service in India. Oh and by the way; after we asked for toilet paper; we got it two days later!!

Directions to property were spot on, directions to get into property were easy to follow. Only snafu we had was parking. If you drive a large vehicle (I have a suburban) do not pay for parking as vehicle will not fit. Everything was clean and basic needs were met.

The sheets and towels were not very clean and the bathroom lighting wasn’t bright enough. The kitchen was immaculate.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, kitchen is nice I have stayed here multiple times now and get the same room every time. It's become my home away.

Very easy check in, added parking to my stay and it was a breeze. The place was well kept, clean. Everything worked like the freezer, stove, washer/dryer. I stayed for business so I used a lot of the home equipment. The property was easy to get a hold of by text or call. I overall highly recommend!

This host cancelled our prepaid checked in stay as we were pulling up to the location at the very last possible minute. This after driving for 8 hours from out of state through a snowstorm. We only discovered the cancellation after visiting with hotels.com rep. No email or text saying what or why. What resulted was a rather unpleasant evening of confusion and hassle as i tried to arrange emergency 3 night accomodations for 4 people and a service dog. Negative 1 stars for this prop.

Kasa Bryn was a great place to stay. It was safe, secure and had heated garage for your car. It was very easy to navigate. Their virtual front desk gives you everything you need to get in, find your unit and someone is available via phone IF you have a problem. The apt was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The location is 7mins from downtown which was perfect for what we needed. One night a rowdy crowd walked the street but all was ok. If we ever have to travel to Minneapolis again I would stay there again. We went for a tournament in the middle of winter and it snowed. Very cold!

Very difficult place to get into. Confusing instructions and had to ask people on site. TV didn't work at first. Had to have somebody come in and look at it. Toilet paper ran out requested got regular towels instead. Very dry had to boil water to stay humid.
