Very helpful staff at reception, particularly Virginie, she was very kind and helpful. Wonderful rooftop onsen. Very convenient location.

Great place to stay near the station and close to all the town has to offer

Great location near the station. Hotel was well organised and very friendly. Room was a good size.

Breakfast was excellent with great choice but there was a huge line to get in at 6.45am. Maybe they can improve access if there are lots of big groups. One day we had breakfast later at 9am after the market and it was nice and quite.

First of all, heavy smokers sit at the entrance to the hotel and this fills the lobby and elevators with smoke. The service at the bar is terrible and very unkind. There are no toiletries in the room at all. The shower is great and the bed is excellent. But the smoking and the staff spoiled the score.

Excellent hotel! Large, clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower is fabulous — super strong. Also, the quality of the water (it feels super soft) is the best I have ever experienced. Location of the hotel is perfect.

All tidy enough and clean, but just, OK

Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff and delicous food options.

The breakfast buffet had lots of options - I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, bacon and eggs. The room was spotless and the shower was incredible after a long day - the pressure felt like a massage. The hotel lobby is beautiful and features wood and wood carvings from the local area. The onsen was also a wonderful treat at the end of the day, although, sadly, the outside area was closed during our stay.
