The cleaners were excellent, they cleaned everything very thoroughly. Our towels were replaced every day, and our beds were made every day. Breakfast was mediocre, I didn’t have high expectations. The only downside of the hotel was the lack of thorough maintenance checks. My family members hotel room in 338 had the shower break on them. The faucet flew off in the bathtub causing a lot of water to shoot out, which resulted in my family member falling, resulting in him receiving a cut on his toe, as well as bruising on his behind due to falling.
Major renovations are due at this property, and I will ensure that I will no longer be staying at any other properties that are Quality inns.

This would have been the perfect stay, and it was up until the housekeeping decided to throw away my kids bathing suits. We were very understanding but our kids wanted to swim on our last day and could not because they had no swim suits. The manager seemed to be helpful in the moment, and "filed a claim with their insurance" for the items but we stayed 5/22 and its now July and we have hear zero from them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Other than an apology, there was nothing else offered to remedy the situation.

I like everything about the property there wasn’t anything that I did not like. I loved the breakfast, also the fact that it was from 6:30 to 9:30 AM. The room was very very nice. The bed was super comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed. The staff there was fabulous the night I came in. I had problems with my Rental Car and I had to take an Uber. Instead I called the hotel. The guy was so nice and said he would wait for me and call him if I needed anything I got into in and there he was some hotels do not accommodate people at 2 AM.
