The hotel is on average for the people traveling on low budget.

We stayed for one night. The staff at the front desk and the young man who helped us carry our bags were friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was good, and we also had tasty food from the restaurant. The room was so clean, with a comfortable bed and an accessible, spacious bathroom. It was a good experience and I strongly recommend it if you look for a cozy hotel near the airport.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

This was our third stay at Trademark Collection in Istanbul, and it keeps earning it. The staff make the place — warm, attentive, quick with anything we ask, never intrusive. And the breakfast deserves its own paragraph: this isn't a Western continental spread with some pastries and eggs. It's a full Turkish table it's in a completely different league. I recommend this hotel to every family member and friend who asks about Istanbul, and I'll be back for a fourth time.

The property was spotless and well-maintained. Although the room was slightly smaller than anticipated, it was sufficient for a brief stay. However, the staff truly made a significant difference. Can and Diyar were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

They put me in a downstairs room that was adjacent to one of there working rooms. All night long I had this loud humming coming through the walls. When they were in the room working the lights from their room would seep under the wall and be highly visible in in my room. The hotel was not full I didn't understand why they placed me in the room. I was leaving at 4 in the morning it was not worth trying to change rooms.

Stayed here for a short layover and had a great experience. The hotel is very close to Istanbul Airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was very affordable for the quality provided. A great option if you’re looking for a convenient and budget-friendly hotel near the airport. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean; staff very friendly and helpful; breakfast was more than you could ask for; very delicious; we would stay here again!

My daughter had to return to the US from Barcelona on a rush basis. Best flight entailed a 15.5 hour layover in Istanbul during overnight hours. Booked hotel shuttle and room at Trademark Collection at the last minute at 10 pm (local TRT time), and I'm so glad I did. Mohsen, the night reception on May 22, was beyond helpful! In real time, he was communicating with me (half a world away in Michigan), the shuttle driver and my daughter, to find the meet up spot in the huge Istanbul Airport. Afterward, at 1:30 am, Mohsen took the time to message me that she was ok and that she had checked in. Reviews often mention the helpful staff, but he went above and beyond to assist and reassure a worried Michigan mom thousands of miles away. My daughter said the hotel was beautiful and that the shuttle was this amazing limo type vehicle. Since it was middle of the night, a hotel staff person also escorted her up to the room for safety.
