Great helpful staff. Overall very nice and modern hotel. Just rooms with connecting doors are noisy, and also a lot of litter in pool area (beers, cigarettes on the floor).

Este hotel es extraordinario, el trato, el servicio, desde check in con la calidez que Juan nos recibió, recibi un detalle de compleaños, al llegar à la habitación tenia un mousse de cafe con chocolate, exquisite y una tarjeta de felicitación, sin duda será mi opción al regresar, tienen 20/10.

We had rooms that had access to The Level. The Level lounge and staff were absolutely worth it.
The hotel breakfast was also excellent so recommend booking it with breakfast, you won't be disappointed.
Took one star off for amenities because the pool pictures are misleading. The reality is it is pretty small for a hotel of this size and was completely swamped with people because the pool and pool area are so small. Wasn't a deal breaker for us and the rest of the hotel and the wonderful staff more than made up for this
