The location is perfect. It is close to everything you need to see and to your conveniences. The owner of the hotel is always around to answer questions and to give you advice, he is a very fine host. The hotel is beautiful, clean, centrally located and their breakfast are delicious and the staff super helpful! I would recommend Hotel Flavia to all my friends and I would stay there again anytime. In addition, the hotel is literally sitting on Roman ruins that you can actually visit them in a tour offered by the owner, Constantino.

Comfortable, friendly, clean and interesting.
The talk about the Roman Baths found under the property was great, and very good recommendations for what to do in Plovdiv. Very nice breakfast in courtyard.

Villa Flavia is a beautiful hotel. Absolutely amazing! The rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable. They have wonderful outdoor garden and sitting areas. The service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. The location is very convenient and provides easy access to the most visited parts of the city. You will love this place!

This hotel is very charming, location is excellent, staffs are all very friendly, especially they recommended great restaurants the facilities are very clean, breakfast is tasty and fresh , I would recommend to my friends

最高 Excellent in all ways. Great staff—all speak English; great breakfast; great antiquíties in the basement. The beds are basic but comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The Hotel is close to all the important spots. Dmitar is so helpful (everyone is). We would stay there again with no qualms.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, close to the centre of the historic town, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for, including an interesting tour of the restored Roman baths that remain in the basement.
