It was clean,however the corner of the elevators were dirty.The staff was terrific, the gentleman outside that helped me with parking the car was terrific and so was the person who brought us extra toilet paper.I thought the breakfast was good,we all enjoyed it.Thank you to the Staff!

Location is a deal breaker as this hotel far from the airport and is not a walking distance to any shopping or eateries . Hotel itself looks gorgeous but the surrounding area is not pleasing to the eye Hotel check in area was hot and so was the elevator and the hallway . Ano aircon! My room , too, was super hot . It was set at 25 . The maintenance man lowered the scale to16. It’s strange that the room stayed uncomfortably warm despite the change in the number . I did not sleep until 2am s as a result with no shirt on and no bedsheet or comforter. When I woke up to take a shower , the water would not wsrm up . So I had to endure a very cold shower this morning ———- So if you are looking for a place to stay the night prior to your flights, I would advise you to go somewhere else

There was a wining pump inside every room that wines every 20-25min and its very loud (for ac drainage due to wrong design of the building). I woke up 2x on the middle of the night. The. When I finally slept, woke up again 3x from 4am onwards due to slamming of doors of the other rooms and loud screaming children at the pool. The pool was in the center of the building that you can technically hear everyone in there specially when kids are screaming.

The staff were excellent in helping in making our stay comfortable & meet our need for transportation, food & places to visit. The room is spacious & having a full kitchen in the room is a plus. The place is conveniently located to malls & airport. The only downfall is that the room /bathroom smells bad. The bathroom floor needs some bleaching. Spray /disinfect the room with some lysol. Put some bleach when washing the bed linens as the blanket smelled urine. I wish there is free shuttle to the mall which is only a few minutes away. Maybe at least 2trips to the mall per day would really help. The pool wasn’t functioning during our stay. The restaurant staff was very accommodating, they prepared our food earlier than the usual restaurant hours as we have to leave early for our tour.

The treat you fair, very professional, help in anyway they can. Food is great and the hotel is the amazing especially for the price. The whole crew that works here is very accommodating. On the street idk if id trust the street food! But everything else perfection 👌
