Clean rooms and great location

Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The people were great. The hotel needs to be demolished and replaced. It’s uneven, musty, wet and dark. The outside is in disrepair, parking is a sh*tshow! Our air conditioner was old and smelled like mold as it constantly made the carpet in front of it soaked. Won’t book again. Staff deserves a raise

Older hotel but very clean and that is the most important thing to me.

The hotel was clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. What I enjoyed about this stay was that it was cozy and close to the hospital. My husband was here to be there for his father. So the staff was really supportive with helping us to extend days of staying there. We were there for about seven days in total. They accommodated me staying on the first floor because I don’t like elevators and they also accommodated me with giving me new keys every time I left the room and left the key in the room. And I promise I did this at least three times during the day. Nobody complained they’re just accommodated. So overall, this was a great experience.
