I booked because it had air conditioning… Air conditioning was an extremely loose term… my daughter and I both had mini fans going and we both slept terribly because it was hot in the room. We “set” the AC to 19…

We put sign on our door to have our room cleaned early (before 7:30am) however when we returned at 11:30pm our room had not been tidied and our towels not replaced. Our small bins were also overflowing with empty water bottles as it was very warm. We requested new towels at reception but they only gave us 3 small hair towels and 2 floor mats!! Breakfast could have been more maintained. The hot meat selection was not offered on the 3rd morning of our stay or had run out because there were two coach loads of teens, so if the hotel was at capacity then the breakfast selection and quantity should reflect that, and the other days the meat was very “under” cooked. The air condition definitely struggled with the unusual heat we were experiencing. I know it was hot (36°) but the thermostat just didn’t work, you could hear the unit trying to work as it was actually quite noisy but with 4 of us in the room it became very stuffy. On the 1st day we were refused room service but they told us it stopped at 6pm which seems unusual? So we had to venture off site for some food after a long travel day. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress is very thin. And you roll to the middle of the bed. Not great. The two singles are fabulous….. shame as the room should sleep all 4 as comfortably equally in my opinion really?

TV didnt work as it was locked on their hotel mode. I went down to reception who said its because its new and hasnt been setup yet. The person on reception said I can only get 10% back if I emailed, which I did and never heard back. We then ordered food which was missing half of the order. Went to reception who said they would sort it. 2 hours later still nothing and they refused to help or offer any refund. Parking cost twice as much as advertised in the listing. No bin or mugs in the room, uncomfortable pillows as well. Breakfast really didn't look good at all so we skipped that. Would not recommend

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety and was very well stocked. The onsite bar and restaurant was delicious. The location was easy from the airport and to the train station it was very convenient to have the shopping mall there to pick up a few things.

Lovely clean room with terrace onto the pool area. No breakfast included 😢

The park was extremely close to Disneyland Paris with a bus which was only 2euros! I’d definitely come again.
