Nice place to stay. Location was good, just a short walk to shopping and food options.

Everything was perfect except now they are NO smoking hotel

The hotel is in poor condition. Some areas were being renovated while we were there but this was very disruptive and the mess was not cleared up promptly. Breakfast is in a dingy basement and did not look good - despite it being included in the room rate we did not eat it. The room was spacious but didn't feel particularly clean. While the bed sheets were clean you could see stains from the mattress and pillows through them. The toilet was in the shower so was soaked every time we showered. There were holes in the walls/ceiling - just felt very run down. The air conditioning was good. We were told to keep the curtains closed as the hotel exterior was being painted. This was unpleasant. The rooftop bar, cafe and restaurant were all nice areas - I can't comment on the food but we had pleasant drinks there. The area is great - the location of the hotel is its best feature. The staff were brilliant - friendly, polite and attentive.

Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap.

The property is located nicely in the heart of Bandra West with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff are excellent and the rooms are comfortable. My only issue is air quality which may be nothing the hotel can control given Mumbai's pollution. I would recommend this hotel.

I had the most enjoyable stay there!!

Room felt claustrophobic. You had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. I would say this is a 2* hotel. As a 2* it is a good place to stay for a budget traveler as they give a good breakfast. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1st night as we were not able to stay there. Even though we let the hitel know if our discomfort at 7.00 am next morning they still charged us for the next night. We had checked in at 2.00 am

The room was very clean and the staff were great. One particular member of staff, Ashok, was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on his face when he saw us

Courteous, friendly, helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Staff in the coffee shop need further training - only disappointing experience.
