Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo Residences was exceptional and provided the perfect start to our South Korea holiday. After arriving on an evening flight from Sydney, it was wonderful to check into a modern, spacious and comfortable apartment-style room with excellent facilities, including a kitchenette.
The hotel is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were welcoming, professional and always happy to assist with any questions we had.

My wife's Chanel earrings were literally stolen right out of our room. It was there on the table and then boom when the room was cleaned, they were gone. We notified the staff that they were missing right away. I know it's our fault that we didn't place them in the safe, but this is Korea--one of the safest place in the world and the 5-star hotel should train their cleaning staff better so that travelers can feel much safer. This is the third time we are there--for a two weeks stay each and I wish I could leave better comments because it was fine otherwise.

The room was exactly as expected. They provide a Nespresso coffee machine in room with coffee pods for 2 cups of coffee for 2 people daily. The scent throughout the hotel was beautiful. Dining in the cafe was also delightful. Delicious baked goods and tea. 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend!
