Our stay in the Floral Double room was absolutely flawless. The outdoor jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing, and having our own personal garden—which looked magical at night and beautiful in the morning—offered total peace and privacy. Amber Pure Hill delivers an exceptional, true luxury experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I will never visit this property again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying in this area choose one of the larger hotels in Jungmun instead. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and overall service standards. Without any exaggeration, the hygiene level of the hotel, especially around the swimming pool area, was unacceptable. The pool facilities were extremely dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained. It was honestly one of the worst examples of pool hygiene I have experienced at any hotel. The lack of cleanliness significantly affected the overall stay, and the service did not make up for these shortcomings. For the price charged, the standards were far below what guests should reasonably expect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, and I would advise travelers to consider the larger hotels in Jungmun, which generally offer much better cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.

It is in a relatively good location to appreciate Jeju Island. It's quiet and nice. Since it is located in the mountains, there are bugs. The kindness of the staff is at its best. You can feel that they are doing their best for the convenience of their guests.

Sorry I needed a frig to store my fresh milk for coffee and a tv set and a mah-jong sized table this trip. But we will be coming back

엄마와 함께 여행하며 숙소를 선택했는데 한라산뷰 최고 였어요. 3박하는 동안 매일매일 룸 완벽히 치워주시고 어메너티도 너무 좋았어요. 사우나와 피트니스 시설도 좋고 5/15 오후 1시에 스톤 까페도 이용했는데 빵과 디저트, 커피 모두 맛있었고 직원분도 친절하시고 프로페셔널하셔서 기분 좋게 잘 이용 하였습니다. 호텔 예약시 “VIP Access 숙소에서 누리는 골드 회원 혜택• 2인 무료 음료: 1인당 1개(숙박 기간 내 1회)”에 대한 문의도 리셉션 직원분께서 잘 해결해주셨습니다.
