No encuentro la razón de porqué no habilitan que pueda ponerse en cada habitación la temperatura que cada uno quiera
La tenían regulada a 20°, pasé mucho frío
Respuesta de la recepcionista: haber apagado usted el aire y abierto la ventana
No veo sea adecuado ni la respuesta ni la necesidad de dormir mal ni de coger una pulmonía

The bed was comfortable, and the room met our basic needs. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. They gave us poor directions to a nearby restaurant and seemed annoyed when we asked for additional clarification.
The breakfast buffet was also overpriced for the limited selection offered. If you're staying here before a flight, I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and eating at the airport instead.

The hotel was clean and 10 minutes away from the airport. However the staff were so rude and not friendly. They helped because they have to and you feel terrible. I was literally scared to ask questions. Not a single friendly person, not even the lady who greeted me for breakfast. Everything was for a charge. Breakfast, parking, shuttle, etc. not a single service free of charge. I paid 2.50 Euros for a very small cup of hot water.

I was told the air conditioners in Europe didn't cool appropriately but the room was able to achieve a very cozy 20 °C.
