Helpful reception desk, sumptious breakfast, and a pleasant staff. Everything was clean and several small cafes and restaurants close by.

Room smelled unclean like an old dirty rag.. phone was not working Food at the buffet could be better. Did not like smell of room.

Clean rooms and great breakfast

The room was a standard one. It was clean and the breakfast was also good, had options for vegetarians too. The bus stop was at walking distance from the hotel. Experienced one weird, we rented an umbrella for 2 euros from the hotel as it was raining and I lost it on our way back and they charged us 18euros more for not returning the umbrella. Also they were charging 3euros for storing the luggage after checkout. Most hotels do it free if charge.

Room was clean and small, but sufficient. Breakfast is excellent and has all the things that can help fuel you through the morning. Every US chain should take notes on how to serve a proper breakfast. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this property and i wil do so again when in the Koln area.
