Disappointing check-in experience. The front desk staff looked overwhelmed and the lobby was chaotic with many guests waiting. Despite arriving at the 2 PM check-in time, we still had to wait. No welcome drink was offered. The rooms were also very small. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, but they weren’t impressive — just okay.

Amazing stay at Peninsula Hotel Danang My stay at the Peninsula Hotel Danang was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. The front desk team was professional, kind, and helpful. The gentlemen at the door were always respectful and attentive, and the facility manager clearly takes great pride in making sure guests have a wonderful experience. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping everything clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, relaxing, and a perfect place to enjoy my time in Vietnam. Overall, this was a truly great experience, and I highly recommend Peninsula Hotel Danang to anyone visiting Da Nang. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at a Peninsula hotel and I can honestly say I’m completely in love with this brand. I stayed here for a week and everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff was always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed. The room had an incredible beach view, waking up every morning was a whole experience by itself. The infinity pool on the 27th floor is definitely the highlight of the hotel — the views are just unreal, especially during sunset. Breakfast was included and exceeded my expectations. I loved that there were two different places to enjoy it, with plenty of options every day. We also had daily tea buffet access and a short massage included, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. The location is also perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. Honestly a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Totally recommended if you’re visiting Da Nang.
